Fantastic Feedback for Woodlands’ Contribution to NPQ SENDCo Training

Matthew and Jodie recently facilitated part of this year’s LEARN NPQ SENDCo training, leading the behaviour module for delegates from across the region.

During the visit, delegates had the opportunity to observe lessons, take part in sensory circuits and learn more about the wide range of support available to pupils at Woodlands Academy. They also spent time with Matthew and Jodie discussing how the school uses both strategic and operational approaches to ensure every learner receives the support they need to thrive.

The day provided a valuable opportunity to showcase the inclusive practices in place at Woodlands, with delegates sharing highly positive feedback about their experience and the insights gained from seeing the school’s approach in action.
