The Big Research Trip

Last Friday, as part of their NCFE qualification, a number of year 10 Design-Technology pupils visited The Big Chair Company in Horncastle.

The staff there kindly allowed our pupils to walk around the store. They were able to look at all the different types of furniture and home accessories, take pictures and examine the materials used, as well as the construction of products and costs.

At the end of the visit, pupils were treated to an ice cream, we will certainly be returning!
